Delete leaderboard data.
Adult players who joined rankings can permanently remove their leaderboard identity and associated runs. A newly created under-18 profile does not create leaderboard data; all local data can be cleared through Android settings.
Your public name, rankings, and server identity cannot be recovered after the request completes. You can join again later with a new identity and an available name.
Fastest method: inside the app
- Open Core Cutter and open the Global Leaderboard.
- If you have not joined yet, save a Name to create the optional leaderboard identity.
- In the saved-name account panel, select DELETE GLOBAL ACCOUNT & SCORES.
- Confirm the permanent deletion.
The authenticated in-app control removes the player record, associated runs, leaderboard best, and current server credentials, then clears leaderboard information stored on that device.
Request deletion on the web
If you no longer have the device, email garrykrey@gmail.com with the subject “Core Cutter data deletion request”. Include the public name and any non-sensitive details that can help identify the record. Never send an authentication token, password, or other account secret by email.
The developer may request reasonable confirmation to avoid deleting another player’s data. Requests are normally completed within 30 days, and a completion response will be sent when a reply address is available.
If this device entered under-18 mode
Entering any of the three under-18 profiles pauses and hides any leaderboard identity that was created earlier, and the app makes no leaderboard requests while under-18 mode is active. It does not automatically delete the earlier server record. A parent or guardian may enter the local PIN, return the installation to its accurate adult profile, and use the authenticated in-app deletion control, or use the web request above without changing modes.
What is deleted
- the leaderboard player identity and chosen public name;
- verified, pending, rejected, and expired runs associated with that player;
- materialized best-score records and authentication credentials; and
- associated player-based rate-limit and moderation-report records.
Narrow information may be retained only when legally required or necessary to document and prevent security abuse. If that ever applies, the response will explain the data and retention basis.
Local app data
Server deletion does not automatically erase the local high score or settings on other installations. A newly created under-18 profile stores only local game data and family-safety settings; it does not create a public name, leaderboard identity, or ranked run. On Android, use Settings → Apps → Core Cutter → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the app, to remove that device’s local data, including its age category and parent-PIN verifier. Clearing local data does not delete a leaderboard identity created before under-18 mode; use one of the server-deletion methods above.
